By using the Site, you agree to the practices described below.

We collect only the information needed to run our business and deliver what you ask for.
Information you give us
- Email address — when you join our launch waitlist through the sign-up form on the Site.
- Name, email address, and scheduling details — when you book a walkthrough or advising session through our online scheduling page.
- Registration details — your name and email address when you sign up for a group information session, webinar, or similar event we may host.
- Order and billing information — when you purchase, our checkout and payment providers collect your name, email address, and payment details (such as billing information) needed to complete the transaction.
- Correspondence — any information you include when you email us or reply to our messages.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, our website host and the third-party tools embedded on our pages may automatically receive standard technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, and the pages you view. We do not see or store your full payment card number. Card details are handled directly by our payment processor.

We share your information only with the service providers that help us operate, and only as needed for them to perform their function. These providers process information electronically through secure, encrypted connections. Our key providers are:
- Payhip — our online storefront, which handles checkout and delivery of your purchased files.
- Stripe — our payment processor, which securely collects and processes your payment. Stripe is a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider.
- Kit (ConvertKit) — our email platform, which stores waitlist and subscriber email addresses and sends our emails.
- Google (Google Workspace and Google Calendar) — used for our business email and for scheduling walkthrough sessions.
- Our website hosting provider — which serves the Site and processes basic technical/server information.
We may also disclose information if required to do so by law, or to protect our legal rights, respond to lawful requests, or prevent fraud or harm. If our business is ever transferred or acquired, information may be shared as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.
4. How We Protect Your Information
We take reasonable measures to safeguard your information, including:
- Serving the Site over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection;
- Relying on established, reputable service providers that maintain their own security and compliance programs (for example, Stripe’s PCI-DSS compliance for payments);

The personal information we hold about you is limited, and we do not keep separate customer files on our own computers. It consists of your email address (in our email platform), any booking or session details (in our scheduling calendar), and your order record — name, email, and purchase history — held by our storefront and payment processor. You may:
- Unsubscribe — every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
- Request a copy, correction, or deletion — ask us to send you the information described above, correct it, or delete it. We fulfill a copy request by retrieving that record from our tools and emailing it to you.

The Get Seen Playbook is designed for parents and guardians of student-athletes. Purchases and accounts are intended to be made by adults. The Site and the third-party tools embedded in it (such as our email sign-up form and scheduling page) may use cookies or similar technologies to make the Site function, remember your preferences, and keep it secure.
